I get the same error with True Image Home 2014.

The email notifications were successfully sending, for months, then they just stopped working on 2/25/15.

The same SSL/account settings that work, in MS Outlook, no longer work in my backup. I have no idea what changed between 2/24 and 2/25, but they (email notifications) have never worked since.

If I try a test notification, it also fails. I have verified all my ISP settings to be correct (as stated above...my Outlook incoming/outgoing SSL email is fine).
